The Etihad Partnership & Entry Priority

This lounge is uniquely operated as an Etihad Airways space with Chase branding. Because of this partnership, entry is tiered — when the lounge is busy, Etihad passengers get top priority:

  1. 1Etihad First/Business Class passengers and Etihad Elite status members (up to 3.5 hours before departure)
  2. 2Eligible Chase cardholders (up to 3 hours before departure)
  3. 3Priority Pass members (up to 3 hours before departure)

How to Access with Credit Cards

  • Chase Sapphire Reserve, JP Morgan Reserve, Chase Sapphire Business — unlimited access + up to two free guests per visit
  • Ritz-Carlton Credit Card — unlimited access + unlimited guests
📌

Standard Priority Pass access to domestic Chase Sapphire Lounges is limited to one visit per calendar year across the entire network. Exception: the Chase Sapphire Lounge in Hong Kong allows unlimited visits for all Priority Pass members. During our visit we used Priority Pass and waited about 10 minutes before being welcomed in.

The Experience: Vibe, Food, and Drinks

The space is beautifully designed with warm lighting, a massive central bar, and plenty of seating whether you want to dine, work, or relax. Shower facilities are also available.

The Food

What makes this lounge stand out is the dining experience. Instead of a typical picked-over buffet, food is individually plated, served warm, and feels highly curated. Order meals and drinks directly to your table by scanning a QR code — a massive step up from standard lounge fare.

The Drinks

All food and drinks, including alcohol at the bar, are fully complimentary. Coffee is provided by Joe Coffee, a fantastic local New York roaster.

💡

Order the Sapphire Signature

The bartenders are incredibly generous with their pours — the Sapphire Signature cocktail comes out wonderfully strong, tasting like nearly pure liquor perfectly balanced with a little syrup. Highly recommended.
